Because Good Green is all about lending a helping hand (not just while moving) we believe it is our duty to help move the world towards a better future. We do this in a multitude of ways, including being an active member in the San Rafael Rotary club – a group of businesses and professionals dedicated to fun, fellowship, and service.
Good Green and a number of other businesses and organizations in the rotary came together to help the Marin County area by organizing a $50,000 donation to help the Marin Community Foundation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this donation was to help community members cope with the financial challenges Coronavirus inflicts on the citizens of Marin County.
We also took it upon ourselves to provide pick up and delivery services for the San Francisco Food Bank, delivering desperate families over 3,000 gallons of milk and 10,000 pounds of produce to help lessen the impact caused by the pandemic.
Being a part of these groups as well as helping the community surrounding us is just one of the ways we here at Good Green Moving help move you to a better future.
